| | A. AIM Mail Centers National Support Center completes a comprehensive site evaluation and analysis of your location. That way your AIM Mail Center is uniquely tailored to meet the needs of your local trade area. |
| 3. | Q. What are my total financial requirements? |

The franchise requires an investment ranging from $119,950
to $192,250, including the initial franchise fee of $26,900.00.
Financing via third party providers is available on approved credit with a minimum
cash investment of $45,000.00.

| 4. | Q. What is the investment for continued support? |
| | A. For continuing support, updates, product development and vendor discounts. Your investment is a royalty of 1% to 5%. |
| 5. | Q. Do I receive training from AIM Mail Centers National Support Center? |
| | A. Yes. Each franchisee (or designated manager) must attend and successfully complete an initial training and familiarization course of ten business days. One additional employee may also attend. The cost of the training is included in your franchise fee, however, those costs related to travel and lodging will be at your expense. |
| 6. | Q. Do I receive assistance in opening my AIM Mail Center? |
| | A. Yes. In addition to your initial training AIM Mail Centers National Support Center will send one of its representatives to your facility to work with you for a minimum of three business days during the first week of operation. |
| 7. | Q. What form of continuing operational and marketing guidance will I receive? |
| | A. You will receive periodic visits by your Business Advisor who will consult, assist, and guide you in all aspects of the operation of your AIM Mail Center. We have an "800" HELPLINE for immediate assistance and you will also have access to the AIM Mail Center franchisee online support system. |
| 8. | Q. What is the term of my franchise agreement? |
| | A. The basic term is for fifteen years. You may renew for the two additional consecutive terms of five years. |
| 9. | Q. How do I get started? |
