Within the city limits of Laguna Woods, CA is Laguna Woods Village, a senior citizen community where the age of residents is 78.  In this quiet community, Bon A Pita offers a cozy, charming place where patrons can order traditional American food, like omelets, pancakes and sandwiches, along with authentic Mediterranean items, like kabobs, falafel, hummus and pita bread. Providing friendly and personalized service, Bon A Pita is a local favorite in Laguna Woods, but fans from all over Orange County make the drive out to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner and indulge in the wine and beer menu. Bon a Pita owner Sam Chehayeb and his family take pride in providing excellent food and a small-town feel for their customers. Sam makes it a point to know the names of his customers, and he often walks around the restaurant checking up on diners.  Bon a Pita was previously Babe’s, but in 2008, when the owner had to sell due to health issues, Sam purchased the restaurant.  A native of Aley, Lebanon, Sam redecorated the restaurant and added home cooked favorites from his native Lebanon to the existing menu.  He also added a full beer and wine menu. After dining at Bon A Pita, if you have last minute errands to run, stop by the Laguna Woods AIM Mail Center for shipping, packaging, and office services.  The friendly professionals can even help you compare shipping rates between UPS and FedEx to find the best rate and service for shipping your yarn and knitting supplies.
