Take An Art Class At Home!

Want to take art classes, but don’t want to deal with the hassle of finding a class to fit a busy schedule and then fighting traffic to get to class?  Residents in the Rancho Santa Margarita, CA area can take art classes in the comfort of their own homes!  My Arts Studio, owned and operated by artist Lucia Henry, is a mobile arts studio offering art classes for children and adults.  Through a variety of engaging lessons, students learn to embrace their creativity through drawing, painting, clay sculpture and more.  Year-round art classes are available, as well as seasonal art camps, art parties, and programs for school groups, scout troops, and more.  Classes are held in the convenience of students’ homes, and at various art organizations and community centers throughout Orange County, including the Rancho Santa Margarita Bell Tower Community Center. Born in Lima, Peru, Lucia Henry got her first taste of teaching art when, as an arts student, she taught drawing, painting and ceramics to students at private schools in Lima.  With a degree in Graphic Design, Lucia also has a background in traditional studio art and is certified in metal clay.  Along with teaching, over the past few years Lucia has started to focus on her own artwork.  A mixed-media artist, Lucia creates beautiful artwork in a variety of mediums, her favorites being collage, pastels and acrylic painting.
