On Saturday, June 20, 2015, Antioch, CA locals will want to head over to Antioch’s historic downtown Rivertown for the annual Rivertown Block Party! With G Street closed between 2nd and 3rd streets, there will be plenty of room to celebrate with food, music, prizes, and fun for the whole family. This year, one business, Oddly Unique Antiques, which is new to the block, will be celebrating their one year anniversary in conjunction with the block party. Debbie and Toni, who opened the antique and vintage shop in June 2014, have thoroughly enjoyed meeting customers and offering another venue for Antioch locals to find great antiques and vintage items. Along with the fun from the block party, there will be in-store specials at Oddly Unique that you’ll want to make sure to take advantage of. Joining in the festivities will be four other new businesses, including G St. Flea.
As the name suggests, Oddly Unique Antiques specializes in unique collectibles, vintage items, and antiques. With a wide variety of furniture, jewelry, glassware, and more to choose from, you are sure to find something you love. Debbie and Toni have plenty of experience with antiques, having run two booths in the Antique Coop in Brentwood for over five years. When their inventory surpassed the space they had in the Antique Coop, they decided to open their Antioch shop. Make sure to stop by often to see what’s new and take advantage of the various in-store specials. Browse through the great items while you enjoy on the free coffee, ice tea and treats available in the shop.
