Greenville, SC (November 1, 2011) – Steve Derrik, owner of the AIM Mail Center at 8595 Pelham Rd, Ste 400, is hosting a Free Shredding Day on November 19th, 2011.  From 10 am to 1 pm, members of the public can bring up to three bags or boxes of documents only. “It’s important never to toss personal documents in the trash,” said Derrik.  “Shredding these papers can save you hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours of frustration trying to repair your stolen identity.”

AIM Mail Centers will send standard one-ounce cards and letters free to active-duty U.S. military personnel around aim-logothe world from Veterans Day, Nov. 11, through Thanksgiving, Nov. 26, says David Parker at the Huntington Beach AIM Center, 19051 Golden West. The cards and letters must be addressed to any APO/FPO military address. Many AIM franchisees are veterans who now serve in their local communities. “Veterans Day, as well as Thanksgiving Day are very special dates for our nation,” says Michael Sawitz, chief executive of AIM based in Irvine.
